Happy Homes was founded in 1983 by my parents SYD and PAT WYNNE. Ever since their 1st day of trading they strived to offer great value, great service and probably most importantly great products.
My wife Ailsa joined the company in 1993 and after my parents retired became a partner.
We still pride ourselves on our company ethos and carry on with the drive and commitment my parents demanded with regard the business practises and with assisting the local community.
We are main sponsors of DENBIGH RUGBY CLUB and also support many other sports clubs throughout the area including DENBIGH CRICKET CLUB and DENBIGH FOOTBALL CLUB.
As a company we have grown considerably and now offer a delivery service right across North Wales, Chester/South West Cheshire and the Wirral. However we can offer a nationwide delivery service if required.
As we’ve grown, we’ve also become suppliers to the service Industry and regularly supply numerous Nursing Homes, Hotels and residential homes. We also assist Denbighshire County council, Flintshire County Council, Clwyd Alyn Housing, Grwp CYNEFIN, MHC Ltd and numerous other associations and companies.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
All delivery lead times are given as a guideline and we strongly recommend contacting the store before placing an order, for up to the minute guidance with regard delivery from any of our suppliers.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY LEAD TIME unless yoU contact the store first.
DELIVERY and DELIVERY COSTS
WE ONLY DELIVER TO NORTH WALES , SOUTH WEST CHESHIRE & THE WIRRAL
OUR STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE IS £20 WITHIN A RADIUS OF 30 MILES OF THE STORE IN DENBIGH, NORTH WALES.
For any other area - PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE BEFORE PURCHASING.
We deliver all items locally for a set charge of £20.00
Included in this charge is delivery to the room of your choice provided access is clear.
It is the Clients responsibility to ensure the item purchased will both fit in the room of your choice and can be placed in the room.
We assemble ALL DIVAN BEDS included in delivery but all other items are subject to an assembly charge if you wish your item to be fully built.
Please contact the store for assembly charges.
We can dispose off your old furniture items if required - we take all old items for recycling. There is a charge of £10 per item.
FLOORING CHARGES VARY - Please contact the store for a no obligation quotation with regard any flooring.

Our suppliers have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right at any given time, to amend the specifications of any goods or products without prior notice. These adjustments may include but are not restricted to sizes or cosmetic detailing on individual items purchased. Please email or call ahead to check exact sizes or other potential changes as on occasionally minor changes may have been made without notice.
The majority of our products are sold fully assembled, however on occasions certain pieces will need minimal assembly, this has been deemed fit to protect the item in carriage.
We do offer an assembly of flat pack items- this service must be pre booked- directly with the store prior to the delivery date offered at the time of purchase.
All DIVAN BEDS are assembled FREE of charge unless you specifically ask us not to do so.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure access to the room of your choice is clear for the delivery team to place your goods in the desired area.
If the team cannot access the room of your choice, the goods will be left in a suitable location.
IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ITEMS PURCHASED WILL FIT INTO YOUR HOME. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CHECKED ITEMS WILL GO THROUGH DOORWAYS ETC.
We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown.
We will not accept any liability for any extra costs incurred by you as a result of incorrect or incomplete measurements or information supplied by you, or minor alterations made by the supplier.

The contract shall not have been concluded until we have completed all of the following steps: we have received your Bank transfer payment, valid credit card charge or debit card payment details, we have accepted your on-line order and sent you confirmation of receipt of your order by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the registration procedure and on ordering and then we dispatched the goods to you.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel

You may return goods within 7 days of delivery, however the goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as when you received them. All items must be returned packed in the same way as when they were delivered- if you are simply changing your mind, all costs incurred in returning the item(s) are your responsibility.
Please note that all non stock items that we have had to have made to order, will carry a minimum 50% cancellation charge, this includes circumstances where items of furniture will not fit into your property, please check your measurements before ordering.

We can arrange collection and return of the items at a cost depending on item size and weight.
Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
For goods received back complete as NEW and unused including all accessories; you will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of return.
Please take care to research all the above points further with your local specialist as to avoid any disputes after purchase.
Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you, may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery.
If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require compensation or other remedy, you must report the defect within 7 days of the date you receive them, or as soon as possible thereafter by emailing us. Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. Should it be deemed impractical to offer a replacement, redelivery or re-selection of any damaged or faulty items we reserve the right to offer an allowance against a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase. Any non faulty items returned will always be returned at the expense of the customer.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
